Identify and cultivate relationships with medium-to-large Haitian businesses who need custom digital solutions — web platforms, apps, e-commerce. You manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.

• Prospect and qualify B2B leads in Jacmel, Port-au-Prince, and other regions
• Prepare and deliver proposals with the technical team's support
• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred
• Strong written and spoken French + Haitian Creole; English is a plus

Design and ship iOS and Android applications optimized for Haiti's real network conditions. You'll work on products like Tyool and contribute to new client app builds from wireframe to App Store.

• Strong experience with React Native or Flutter (cross-platform preferred)
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and Apple App Store
• Understanding of offline-first design and low-bandwidth optimization
• At least one live app in your portfolio

Own the design language across all Stratiums products and client deliverables. You'll create high-fidelity Figma mockups, design systems, and user flows — and hand off production-ready specs to developers.

• Expert-level Figma; experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design
• Ability to balance aesthetic quality with usability for diverse audiences
• Experience designing for low-literacy or multilingual users is a strong plus

Manage the infrastructure behind Stratiums' live products and client platforms. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, server reliability, deployment automation, and cloud cost optimization.

• Experience with Linux server administration, Nginx, and cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Docker; basic Kubernetes or container orchestration knowledge
• SSL, domain management, monitoring and alerting (Uptime Robot, etc.)

Grow Stratiums' visibility and generate inbound leads across SEO, paid ads, and social media. You'll also support client campaigns as part of their PME digitization deliverables.

• Proven experience with SEO (on-page + link building), Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Ability to build and execute campaigns in Haitian Creole, French, and English
• Analytics literacy: Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite
• Content creation skills (copywriting and/or graphic design) are a bonus

Write and produce content that educates Haitian businesses about the digital economy and builds trust in Stratiums' brand — blog posts, social media, client website copy, and video scripts.

• Strong writing in at least two of: Haitian Creole, French, English
• Experience writing SEO-optimized long-form content or social content
• Understanding of Haitian business culture and SME challenges
• Basic graphic design or video editing is a plus

Own the client relationship after project delivery. You'll onboard new clients onto their digital systems, train business owners, handle support requests, and ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Haitian Creole and French
• Patience to train non-technical business owners on digital tools
• Basic familiarity with websites, social media, and digital payments
• Experience in customer service, account management, or similar roles

Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and campaign support. You'll gain hands-on experience running real campaigns for a real brand.

• Interest in digital marketing, content, or communication
• Active on social media and understands what makes content perform
• Strong written Haitian Creole or French required
• Duration: 3–6 months, with possibility of permanent hire
